General information

 Boulder 1 srl and its suppliers are committed to providing customers with the most convenient and professional service possible, using cutting-edge technology. To this end, Boulder 1 srl uses proven technology, as well as experts and suppliers with proven experience. However, Boulder 1 srl cannot guarantee the flawless or uninterrupted provision of services, nor can it exclude illegal interventions in the EDP system or misuse by unauthorised persons, and it also declines all responsibility for any damage resulting therefrom. Liability for third-party services is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

The customer uses their own hardware (including mobile phones or printers), operating software and telecommunications equipment for the use of the services at their own risk and expense. The customer acknowledges that Boulder 1 srl and its suppliers/licensors are not obliged to support or maintain certain software, nor to support certain platforms or operating systems, nor to maintain their support in the future. To the extent permitted by law, Boulder 1 srl declines all responsibility for damage to the customer's computer system resulting from the use of the website, webshop or services.

Admission tickets or season tickets

The customer acknowledges that rights and obligations arise exclusively between the respective organiser and the customer, in particular those arising from the order of tickets or season tickets and/or the use of other services offered on the website. For concerns and complaints of any kind in relation to the events themselves, the customer must contact the respective organiser directly, except for the management of the ticket purchase.

Tickets or season tickets are checked electronically at the entrance to the event. We reserve the right to verify the authorisation of the person presenting the ticket.

Tickets or season tickets must be protected from moisture, dirt, mechanical or optical effects and other damage, and so on. The QR code must be machine-readable. Damaged tickets will not be replaced.

It is not permitted to copy, change or imitate tickets or season tickets, or to carry out any other abusive activities. Tickets that have been manipulated in this or any other way are not valid. 

The resale or trading of tickets or season tickets at an unofficial price is strictly prohibited. Tickets purchased in this way lose their validity. In case of suspicion, we reserve the right to block the respective tickets or season tickets and/or the customer account without any refund.

The ticket or season ticket shown at the time of entry must be retained until the end of the event and presented on request. Any misuse of tickets is prohibited. The instructions of the event staff must be followed. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to claim damages in addition to forfeiting the right to participate.

Tickets or season tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.

Data protection

The customer acknowledges and accepts that Boulder 1 srl and its suppliers may become aware of personal data in the context of providing and maintaining the website and providing services. Infinity Boulder will make every effort to ensure confidentiality within the scope of the law and commercial justification.

Rules of use and safety regulations

By purchasing a ticket or membership, the customer accepts the rules of use and safety regulations of the Infinity Boulder climbing gym. Before entering the gym for the first time, the customer must read the rules of use and safety regulations and have signed up online or at the gym.
